Having over 28 years of experience in
the security alarm field and thousands of alarm clients caused us to closely
examine our relationship with the answering services that we had previously been
affiliated with. The reoccurring problem that seemed to be constant was
that all of the answering services that we had utilized to help support our
business did a dismal job at best! Although this may seem like a negative
statement, we coin the very old phrase, "Necessity is the Mother of
Invention".
So as a result of this
problem,
AnSir Communications was born. This was born both of
necessity and a great desire to provide exemplary tele-messaging services for
companies in our area.
We have installed the latest,
top of the line equipment available to tele-messaging providers. We are
constantly training, and retraining our operators every month. New clients are
invited and encouraged to meet with our operators for a question and answer
session. We keep the ratio of operators to clients at less than half of
the industry standard. Our operators are truly an extension of our
client's office and therefore, we are steadfast in our efforts to provide a tele-messaging
service that will exceed the expectations of our clients.
Our mission here is
simple. We will endeavor to provide the best services available, anytime,
anywhere, for our clients. We provide our services day in and day out,
