How do I make my phone ring at your office?

Unlike old systems that required the phone company to install an extension line at your answering service, now your phones are forwarded to a unique telephone number that we assign to you. This number identifies your business in our computer and instructs us how to answer and what you want done with your calls.

What if I don't have a business telephone line?

Some of our clients never answer their own business phones. Some do not want to incur the expense involved in a business line. we can assign a telephone number to you. You can advertise that number as your own, in any way you see fit. We will answer as your receptionist and give your company a professional image.

How do I get my messages?

We can deliver your messages to you in a myriad of ways. Obviously you can call us to retrieve messages. In addition, we can fax and/or email them to you, even text message your cellular phone. We can use just about any electronic means to get you in touch with your clients who want to speak with you. We can also do a custom delivery system combining delivery means and even build in redundancy delivering messages in multiple ways.

We are staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including all holidays! We can answer whenever your phone rings.
