You can always be there for that one on one conversation with your client, potential client, patient or colleague. It is as if you are at your desk waiting for their call, when on the road, at home, or even on vacation.
It is not a direct service, however it is so important to us that we are always able to answer your lines. For that reason we have spent countless design and implementation hours to ensure that we keep running regardless of weather, power outages or system failures.
Every piece of electronics in our facility has at least one clone device and often two, three or more. Our on staff IT personnel maintains and repeatedly updates data. In the event of a failure, plug and play is all that is needed to continue operations.
In addition, our entire facility runs on a massive UPS (un-interruptible power supply). This device offers seamless and undetectable continuation of power to all of our electronics, lighting, heat and air conditioning systems.
While a UPS does provide undetectable switchover during power outages it's back up capacity is determined by the bank of batteries that feeds energy to it. We only utilize the UPS as a interim power source while our automatic natural gas fed Generator starts and disconnects our facility from public utility sources. At this point the facility is an "island" and operates on its own power generation until the public source is restored.
